Q1. Please share your educational and professional journey with us?
I would very much like to talk about my educational and professional journey. I gave my 10th class board from St. Xavier’s Public School, Gorakhpur and 12th class board from Central Academy Senior Secondary School, Gorakhpur. After that I completed doing B. Sc in Biology from St. Andrew’s College, Gorakhpur and then M. Sc in Botany from St. Andrew’s College, Gorakhpur. I have also cracked National level exam like GATE.
After completing my studies, I shifted to New Delhi seeking for job opportunities and that was the struggling part of my journey. I faced rejections from many places as I was just a youngster at that time. I got my first break from Crest IIT PMT (NEW DELHI) and after that I worked at Pace Institute, Aakash Institute, Allen Career Institute and currently I’m working at Motion EDUCATION PVT LTD as Senior Biology faculty. I’m very much satisfied that the students enjoy my teaching and they respect me as their biology faculty and I’ve also got the title of Star Faculty and I’m looking forward to keep up with my work.

As we all are aware, NEET consider botany and zoology under Biology. As stated, you need to correlate the topics. But botany is more important for any NEET student as compared to zoology because 55-60% questions comes from botany and 40-45% questions comes from zoology.
Q3. What is a best way to crack NEET exams for students?
The best way to crack NEET exams for students is to read NCERT. Almost more than 90 % questions can be dealt with the concepts given in NCERT for Chemistry and Physics. For Biology, I can surely say that somewhere between 75 to 85 question can come in NEET.
Q4. Does preparation for NEET exams parallel with higher secondary is best way for any aspirant?
Yes, as believed by me, preparation for NEET exam parallel with higher secondary is best way for any aspirant. NEET syllabus covers your class 12 board topics and concepts. Examples and summary in NCERT textbooks is very valuable for the preparation of board exams as well as NEET. Preparing for both at the same time helps in mastering both theoretical answers and fast calculation based problems.
Q5. Is online study capable to complete the need of any NEET aspirant?
Online studying may provide more flexibility but in my opinion it still isn’t the same as sitting across the room from a real person. Simply put, there is no substitute for interacting with, and learning from, a fellow human. The best trainers will sit and talk to people and engage with them to find out what they need to know, and how they need to learn it. Student feedback is highly valuable, however, that’s far less possible with an online studying course.
Q6. What are your hobbies and what is your future plan?
Well, I have quite a few hobbies. I like reading both about my subject as well as outside my subject area. The more you read the more you learn. I like doing things that are mentally stimulating, such as puzzles. I also enjoy cooking.
One thing I love about teaching is that the list of ways you can improve is a mile long. My future plans include strengthening my skills, adding new teaching strategies and improving my classroom management.
Q7. What is your best skill as a biology faculty?
I believe that my best skill as a biology faculty is my own style of teaching and the ability to explain and demonstrate clearly so that concepts that are not easy to understand are simplified using memorable examples or mnemonics.
