Q1. Please share your inspirational journey with us?
It was not long time ago I was a below average performer and Quarrelsome boy from a conservative family. But i always aspired to do something different. Different than what going on nearby me by my family and friends.
I always found myself a better creative person if I compare the people who are nearby me. So basically I completed my schooling in 2006 after that I took admission in BBA in 2009 completed it and I take admission in PGDM in Bangalore. I did my PGDM in 2011. In the same year I found myself I am not comfortable in Bangalore so I decide to move in my hometown Ghaziabad searching for job for myself.
After couple of months I was selected in a company Noida in HR department but after couple of days I found that this particular job is not meant for me or I am not suitable for this job and I decided to quit this job after joining 3 month. Then after around one year I was selected in another company into sales and marketing department and I work for the same company around 1 year due to some personal issues I decide to quit the job and I found myself unemployed.
So my life was full of ups and downs and always come parallel to me. it was a very exciting journey for me also and after around 7 years of completed my PGDM I decided to do something for myself then I decided to start a company into IT field and the same time I have also decided to another company into interior designing and home decoration field and then in 2018 to help other people so I become motivational speaker, business coach and corporate trainer.
I have some beautiful experience if I look into my past I participated into various activities in IIM Bangalore, IIIT Allahabad, IIT Roorkee and many other prestigious college across the country not only this but also in my portfolio as a motivational speaker business coach and corporate trainer I have some very good companies in my bag most of them are MNCs.
Q2. What did attract you towards to become a Motivational Speaker, Business Mentor & Corporate trainer ?
Well it’s not like attracting something to becoming a motivational speaker, business mentor and corporate trainer it’s like I feel like Indian people or Indian entrepreneurs especially the new one need someone who can guide them to become more successful entrepreneur, if we go through the statics then we will find maximum startups open in India but if you see the negative side then also we will found that the maximum failures is also from India so what I feel, I feel now someone who can motivate who can guide them and becoming their business mentor and also trained them into different segment and give time success path where the they can walk along with their team.
This is the one face of a particular coin but if I see what I get through this kind of work, I feel satisfaction when a new entrepreneur call to me and told me sir your methods really work for me and that’s why I become successful right now, so this kind of things help me towards becoming a motivational speaker, Business mentor and corporate trainer. One of the main reason behind this is that I really don’t want to anyone suffer like me like I Suffer in my initial days I don’t find any person for me those who can guide me freely give me proper knowledge to becoming successful entrepreneur in a country like India or any other developing country so why not me so it’s my nation so it’s my sweet & small step towards them.
Q3. How do you motivate yourself at every morning?
Well there are so many things which motivates me all the time but specially in the morning I feel lucky to seen this day as well and gives a ton of thanks to god who have blessing on me which give me power to keep believing on him too.
Well in the morning I always see my long term goals what my long term goal and what are the planning I already did to achieve it. To remember it there are several method like I use custom mobile wallpaper where I already wrote my long term goal and that small thing keep helping to remember my short term plans, supporting plan and many other things which keep me engage towards my work and also make me motivated all the time.
Q4. Tell us about one of the moments which changed your perspective towards life?
I still remember one incident which happened with my team in one of the organization where I was working. We all know some time we get some hard people and if they become our senior then work life is not remain work life anymore it become war front. So my senior very hard and less competitive so he become good boss but very bad leader. So it was starting month of financial year (April) our company organize a cultural fest cum party and as expected out team manager want to win one the event from the same fest but my team member really want to enjoy at the same time I became ill and not able to participate in fest so I quit but my team carry on so at the time of performance time on the stage not even a single person perform and it became a silent protest against our team manager. So what I learnt from this “you always get twice of what you give to other.”
Q5. What is the importance of Life Skills in any person? Does it help in personal and professional growth?
In a constantly changing environment, having life skills is an essential part of being able to meet the challenges of everyday life. The dramatic changes in global economies over the past five years have been matched with the transformation in technology and these are all impacting on education, the workplace and our home life. To cope with the increasing pace and change of modern life, students need new life skills such as the ability to deal with stress and frustration. Today’s students & working people will have many new jobs over the course of their lives, with associated pressures and the need for flexibility.
Benefits for the Personal
In everyday life, the development of life skills helps students to:
1. Find new ways of thinking and problem solving.
2. Recognize the impact of their actions and teaches them to take responsibility for what they do rather than blame others.
3. Build confidence both in spoken skills and for group collaboration and cooperation.
4. Analyze options, make decisions and understand why they make certain choices outside the classroom.
5. Develop a greater sense of self-awareness and appreciation for others.
Benefits for Professional Growth
while students work hard to get good grades, many still struggle to gain employment. According to research employers are looking not just for academic success but key employability skills including:
1. The ability to self-manage, solve problems and understand the business environment.
2. Working well as part of a team.
3. Time and people management.
4. Agility and adaptability to different roles and flexible working environments.
5. The potential to lead by influence.
Q6. People say that Leadership Skills comes in any person by birth. Is it possible to develop it by learning?
Yes its true up to certain point let me explain and prove it, well not only leadership skills but also it can be any skills comes in any person by birth which is called “INTEREST”. Some parent say our children have huge interest in dance, painting, sports and this is reason we called it birth with special skills till now its first step out of three step. Second step depend on what kind of environment a particular person getting it also involve their upbringing style too. But till now we did not able to see those skills & quality. We can only figure it out when a person step out from his/her comfort zone for earning.
So yes a person may have any quality including leadership skills too by birth.
Yes, it can be completely develop it by learning. There so many example on internet in every field and across the globe a person have interest & education in some other field but due to mind change or any other issue they change their profession with the help of proper guidance & training and they become very successful too. So yes it is completely possible to develop it by learning.
Q7. What kind of problems have you faced maximum in your coaching sessions and how did you remove it?
There are many problem I faced in my coaching sessions but 2 of them are most common 1st is people are not motivated and they are over confident on their skills already they think they are master in their area which become hurdle in their career growth because they don’t want to listen or understand at all.
2nd is people are more interested in others work, achievement and income figure which leads to distract them from their main work they focus on unwanted thing rather than their self.
I help them by simply reminding them their main purpose, why they are here to be and you will only get the things on which you concentrate most.
Q8. What is the meaning of success in your terms?
Well according to me success is all about the pure form of satisfaction and smile which I got at the end of the day which I used to get on my bed. And I also keep one thing always in my mind that I don’t want to feel any kind of regret in future when I took last breath of my life. Whatever I do I make sure it must be completely from my will and perform it freely.
Q9. Which one thing do you want to change in yourself and why?
Some time I feel I am bit of short temper which not good for the work I am doing professionally but I am working on it and its on better side day by day.
