During my regular classes, first 10 minutes, I always talk about their career. Make sure that, students are analyzing themselves, understand their strength and weakness and find their right career. I never put pressure on students about academics. I usually go to student’s level, understand their mindset and based on that, I plan my teaching. Everyday, I usually take some time to practice positive psychology and remain positive entire day. Only then these kids can learn new things.

Apart from teaching of academics, I make sure that every student understands the human values, life lessons and ethics. And also I insist them to maintain discipline in their lifestyle to overcome physical and mental illness.
